I'm Toby Allen — a Senior Solutions Engineer at Okta, focused on solving customer identity challenges with Auth0 and enabling simple, secure access powered by identity.
Background
I've spent more than 15 years in communications, including 5 years at Twilio working with communication APIs across security and regulated industries (Solutions Engineer → Security Major → Solutions Architect). In 2022 I moved fully into the security space at Okta, with identity as the core enabler of Zero Trust and secure access.
I'm an Auth0 SE working with businesses across APJ on the full sales cycle — technical discovery, solution architecture, demos, proofs-of-concept, and trusted-advisor work spanning CIAM, workforce identity, MFA, and lifecycle management.
I bridge executive and technical audiences. Equally comfortable in a customer architecture review, a board-level briefing, and at a keyboard writing Terraform.
